Our Services
Fix Home Appliances provides repair and maintenance services for home appliances including washing machines, refrigerators, ovens and cooking ranges, dishwashers, dryers and coffee machines. Service availability may depend on your location, the appliance, and the availability of spare parts.
Bookings & Quotes
- Any quote provided before inspection is an estimate. A final price is confirmed after our technician diagnoses the fault.
- We will always inform you of the cost before carrying out chargeable repair work.
- A call-out or diagnostic fee may apply; this will be communicated to you in advance.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated at the time of service.
Warranty
We back our workmanship and the parts we supply with a guarantee. The warranty covers the specific repair carried out and does not cover new, unrelated faults, misuse, or damage caused after our service. Please keep your invoice as proof of service.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance;
- Provide accurate information about the fault;
- Ensure a responsible adult is present during the service visit.
Limitation of Liability
We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for pre-existing faults or wear unrelated to the repair we performed.
